Zach Hugo

A native of the Dacula community, Zach graduated from Mill Creek High School and attended Morehead State University on an athletic football scholarship. He studied Secondary Education at Morehead State while also helping his team reach the conference championship as a freshman. Zach returned home to help his brother develop his landscape maintenance firm that has now developed into Outdoor Advantage, a full service landscape maintenance and outdoor lighting company specializing in high-end services and improvements. In 2010, he brought on his partner, Des Williams, to expand his companies services in adding professional Outdoor Lighting.

Des Williams

Also a native of the Dacula community, Des graduated from Dacula High School and attended the University of Georgia on an athletic football scholarship. At UGA, he obtained his dual degree in Housing and Economics while being a part of several championship teams including the 2005 SEC Championship team. Upon graduation, Des worked for a leading design/build landscape contracting firm, where he project-managed as well as ran their outdoor lighting division. In 2010, with his extensive lighting knowledge and contracting experience, Des partnered with Zach Hugo, a very talented life-long friend, to form Outdoor Advantage.
